I went to the office due to an emergency during my christmas vacations. The staff went out of their way to take care of me! Dr. Marianella Romero explained very well what was going on and she was very informative and straight forward. I am pregnant and they were very comforting to inform me of everything they will be doing. She took the time to answer my questions, fix my tooth and I never felt rushed. I would recommend Dr. Romero to everyone, especially to anyone who has anxiety about a dentist. Conveniently located in Quincy area, with free parking.

Prior to the visit to see Dr. Romero I didn’t step foot into a dentist for 10 years. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentists and always walk out of other offices in pain. I was referred to Dr. Romero by a close friend and was skeptical. I also live in Warwick RI so the long drive also wasn’t appealing. But after a few days of my friend nagging me to go and reading all the wonderful reviews on her, I worked up the courage to make an appointment. I was very impressed by the staff working there. Supper nice and professional which really helped because I was very...nervous. After just a few minutes of waiting to my surprise they were ready for me . I wasn’t use to that at all. At other offices I’ve waited 30minutes and sometimes an hour to be seen. They looked over my teeth took a few ex rays and saw that I needed 3 fillings, which was not a surprise to me at all. Dr. Romero was supper calm, nice, and professional. She showed me the ex rays and went over everything with me. She also said that she could take care of them right then and there if I had the time! I told her “absolutely”! I just wanted to get it over with. She had the fillings done in no time and I didn’t feel a thing! I wish I knew about Dr. Romero years ago !
